Our Firm

Gaffrey Brown Solicitors LLP was established to offer and deliver a broad range of services for private clients with diverse social and ethnic background as well as small companies and businesses.

At Gaffrey Brown we can deal with extensive and complicated matters, yet still able able to offer that personal extra touch for our clients. We take pride that much of our work is generated from the goodwill we have developed from our clients who continue to return to us to assist in their matters. We have a regular client base of local, regional, national and overseas clients.
We have flexible working hours and are able to undertake work on an emergency basis and out of hours. In addition to English, our staff speak a number of languages which include Urdu, Punjabi, and Hindi. We can also arrange for interpreters to ensure that language is never a barrier.

Sabir Hussain

Partner
Sabir qualified as a solicitor in 2007 after completing his Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test from BPP Law School and completion of his Law Degree (LL.B) in 2000. Sabir has gained a number of years’ experience in a broad range of practice areas before forming Gaffrey Brown. He represents clients in family matters, immigration and nationality law and property law. Sabir also undertakes work in Landlord and Tenant matters, and general litigation.

He is the firm’s Compliance Officer for Legal Practice. Sabir speaks fluent Urdu and Punjabi and understands Pushtu and Hindi.

Kevin Brown

Partner
Kevin qualified as a solicitor in 2014 after completion of his Law degree (LL.B) in 2001. Kevin has worked in a number of different high street practices since 2002 where he was able to gain valuable experience across a wide range of practice areas before forming Gaffrey Brown in 2016.

In particular Kevin has expertise in civil litigation, personal injury, immigration, wills and probate and property.

He is the firms Compliance Officer for Finance and Administration.

Rehan Minhas

Consultant
Rehan completed his Law degree (LL.B) in Pakistan in 2006. He has also completed a Master Degree (LL.M) in Business & Commercial law in the UK in 2012. After successful completion of the Bar Transfer Test to qualify as a barrister, he was called to the Bar in 2015. Rehan is also a Registered Foreign Lawyer.

Rehan has gained experience in different high street law firms before joining Gaffrey Brown in 2016. He specialises in all areas of asylum, immigration and nationality law and related public law challenges. Rehan has also trained in commercial property, Landlord and Tenant matters and Family law.

Rehan speaks fluent Urdu, Punjabi and Hindi.
